A dispatcher picks the vehicle, route and driver. Flint checks the vehicle is approved, the driver's licence is valid and a rate exists, so a trip can't finish without a way to bill it.

- Licence discs, insurance and roadworthy dates for every vehicle and trailer, plus driver licences and PDPs. Flint texts the people who need to know before something expires.

- Every driver gets a score, and every deduction is named, so a conversation about driving starts from facts, not opinions.

- Each fill-up is checked against distance driven, tank size, the vehicle's own history and what GPS says it covered. Odd ones are flagged.

Questions we get asked
Which GPS trackers work with Flint?
Flint accepts location data from any tracker or telematics provider that can send it to a web address. Tell us who supplies your trackers and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.
Do my drivers need to install an app?
Not from an app store. They open Flint in the phone's browser and add it to the home screen, and it behaves like an app, including push notifications.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. It runs month-to-month, and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice. Your data stays yours at all times.
How does pricing work?
A once-off onboarding fee, then a monthly rate per vehicle on the platform. Modules are switched on as you need them. Tell us your fleet size and we'll send a quote.
Can it export to my accounting system?
Yes. Invoices export to Sage, and invoice lines can go straight into a Google Sheet if that's how your accountant works.
